Check in time is between 2.00pm and 4.00pm on the day of arrival or by arrangement

Check - out

Guests are required to vacate their room by 10.00am on the day of departure

If you would like to spend a little more time around the town prior to departure, secure storage of luggage is available

The Guest Lounge is situated at the front of the house and enjoys the morning sunshine. Light and airy, high ceiling and living flame fire gives the room a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. You are welcome to watch the TV or just relax over a good book with a complimentary pot of tea or coffee

Guests are welcome to use the off road car parking facilities at the front of the house

The proprietors of the Guest House cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to any vehicle however caused

No Smoking Policy

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES. All bedrooms are non-smoking as is the lounge, breakfast room and communal areas (the later due to recent legislation). Any bedrooms tainted by residual tobacco odours will be specially cleaned and aired over a 24-hour period and all charges resulting from this, both actual and loss of business (at prevailing B&B rates) will be charged for. To comply with fire regulations, detectors are fitted to all rooms
